“First time staying at this property. The room was impeccably clean. The staff were amazing. We arrived early. Our room wasn't ready yet because we arrived early and we still were able to get our key in our parking pass so that when we returned, we could take care of all of that right away. The bed was comfortable water pressure was fantastic in the shower. They do have breakfast, which was good. Thank you for a great night's day. Love the Saugatuck area. Can't go wrong.”

“The caretaker was wonderful. She remembered my daughter from the past and was very attentive on what Megan requested and Megan very much enjoyed. room was very comfortable very clean. would recommend for anyone to stay at the northside Inn.”

“I loved the old fashioned decor and the place was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was really nice and there was flexibility within a time frame for when to be served. Just a heads up, there was a small sink in the room but the bathroom and shower was per floor and there was no TV if those are priorities for you. We didn't mind at all but others may find those two things a bit of a put off.”
