This was a great place to stay, with easy walking distance to all of the downtown attractions. The only drawback was the location on the main drag, which meant constant, noisy traffic. Terri was an exceptional hostess and cared for our every need. I'd definitely stay here again.

The room and bathroom were very clean. It was cozy. The bed might need to be updated. It had a squeak that was a little annoying. The woman who took care of the house was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good! I thought it was a good value for the money.

I can’t emphasize enough, how wonderful the staff is at this bed-and-breakfast. The host-manager, Terri, is exceptional, and will do almost anything to make the stay comfortable for everyone in your family. We found the property to be clean, close to downtown, and very charming. If it’s available, I would never hesitate to stay here again. Thank you, Terri, for making our stay such a pleasure, and we look forward to seeing you again.

Terri is an amazing host. She provides a nice breakfast with fresh fruit, cereals, toast, some type of muffins or pastry, hard boiled eggs, juice and coffee. She is friendly and tries to provide anything extra you may need. The entire place was very clean. Our bed was also very comfortable. There are parts of the house, such as the stairway carpeting, that could be replaced but overall we were pleasantly surprised. The location is great and it's easy to walk to downtown Charlevoix. The parking is nice also. Terri does more than I would expect from a host of that type of property.

The Charlevoix House Northside was perfect for our golf trip. The host couldn't have been more welcoming and our room was spacious and comfortable. The location was close enough to walk to downtown and just far enough away for peace and quiet. We would definitely stay again!

Teri is a great hostess. She was always available if anything was needed. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety. I would suggest adding a shelf in the shower area in the Hemingway rooms so there's a place for shampoo and soap, etc. Overall a very good experience.
