"The hotel was beautiful. Rooms clean. Only thing that bothered me was the fact that the hotel supplied 1-ply toilet paper. After all the money spent for luxury stay, I would expect quality toilet paper… it’s not a difficult thing to fix .. please consider our booties , it deserve nice quality toilet paper"

"Loved everything here!! We stayed for our trip to Disney and the location and price was amazing! Staff was very friendly, room got suuuuupper cold which I LOVED and breakfast was great! What more can you ask for?!? Also the bunk beds were awesome for the kids and the Cars theme suite I wasn’t expecting was a great surprise!!"

"Overall, this is the hotel. We usually book when we go to Disneyland, but this last time that we stayed was unfortunate that the pool was not available to use because it was being renovated in. The city did not come in de it safe to be used during the summer so on our last day, we were able to use the pool. Check-in was delayed because they didn’t have any rooms available so we checked in after 4 PM thinking that we might possibly get a room a little bit early which is understandable. They have a check in time around 4 o’clock 330. On the property while I took my kids to go play on the playground one of my kids brought to me a syringe that was used maybe by a guest or homeless so it wasn’t clean properly or check properly before your kids go in and play on the playground on the property so it was a little letdown"

"Room was extreme nice and tidy..also had a/c turned on upon arrival making it the perfect temperature..cafes n restaurants were a pleasure to dine ate..staff excellence across all posts. Only knock would be that they didn’t have a gift shop for simple things like candy or toothpaste but other than that an amazing traveling experience!! Would revisit in the future!!"
