"The internet did not work in the room, I was in 4008. The routers are located on the same floor, but opposite sides and no router on the "local" side, so internet going up and down all the time. The breakfast was far from impressive, no yughurts and too many sweets."

"Our room upon check in had a bathroom that was not yet washed with a very dirty toilet. We told the front staff and they quickly had it cleaned. The end result was still not very clean. After a few hours we noticed a few crickets and beetles coming in. We removed those bugs and left for the day. Coming back the room had consistent bugs coming in, to the point where we had asked to pull the beds away from the wall. Front desk was very helpful and apologetic and mentioned to us that all the rooms...

"Very beautiful hotel. Tastefully decorated. They will drive you to the walls (center of city) for free and it's a short walk if you choose to walk. Reception is very helpful and speaks great English. "

"It was inconvenient because it was far from tourist attractions and there were no restaurants or shops nearby. The staff was inexperienced but friendly."
