“Kantu Inn was a great stay. It’s in the sacred valley, a short and safe 15-20 minute walk to the PeruRail/IncaRail station. It’s also about a 3 min walk to the main OLlantantaymbo square there are restaurants, bars, and markets. The team is so nice! They greet you with smiles then ask you to confirm your booking. “The place is nice but basic. The only issue we had was at the time of checkin when we were told that there would be a 5% up charge if we paid with a credit card. This information was not included in the reservation details. Most people usually pay hotel charges with their credit cards so this is pertinent information that should be shared at the time of reservation. Guests need to have the option to bring cash if they were aware of this up charge.”
