"Sehr sauberes Recht neues Hotel mit sehr herzlichen Personal,die stets alles bestens in Ordnung halten. Die Damen morgens beim Frühstücksbuffet sind sehr freundlich und immer für Wünsche offen. "Location and garden is nice but you look at two disgusting unfinished buildings that seem to be the situation for a decade ? Our room was terrible. No possibility to shower normally because basic equipment is missing. Dirty terrace, no bedlamps in the lampholders, NO Airco functioning, Rug dirty, Door refrigerator broken, TV hanging crooked, 7 nights and despite of several complaints only TWO (2) times cleaning and towels. No toiletpaper. We had to find other open rooms to replenish it etc.etc....

"Pretty nice for the price compared to other options, nice view, big enough for 4 people, we really loved the balcony. Both girls were really responsive to our needs and communication was easy. Underground parking is a big plus and the proximity to the beach is top notch. On the negative side I would point the awful smell of urine in the toilets, no matter the products we sprayed, the smell always came back... The kitchen is really small and not practical. "This property is very amazing and beautiful. They are not currently fully functional but seems to be getting ready for the summer season ahead. The property itself is very beautiful but is location is far from main hustle bustle spots so unless you have a car difficult to commute around. Even though they have been open for 2-3 years there seem to be minor issues with their operational processes which the staff is eager to resolve. Overall we had a very pleasant stay"

"Stayed for 1 night in February. Arrived to a huge empty car park and thought the hotel was closed! Friendly welcome in reception and was upgraded for free to the presidential apartment. Informed we were the only guests in the whole hotel. Room was lovely, 2 bathrooms and sea view. As it was off season we didn’t use pool or any other facilities as they were closed. Would return in summer if visiting Ulcinj in the future. "
