A nice and relaxing stay.

We stayed in the pool cabin/house and enjoyed our stay very much. The other two options looked nice too. Also, the breakfast was delicious so highly recommend ordering.

Very secluded (loved it) area. Quiet. The pool was beautiful and clean. Rooms were very spacious and very clean. AC worked beautiful. Free washer and dryer. Landscape very nice and kept up.

This is a beautiful property with convenient amenities and a wonderful breakfast which you must contact the property directly to arrange. If you want the hot tub ready at your arrival you may also want to contact the property and specifically ask otherwise it takes about an hour to heat up after you turn it on. My family had a wonderful time.

Excellent private setting for Uvalde area.

Very pleased with Live Oaks B & B. Cabins are large, clean and comfortable. Lots of nature, enjoyed deer and rabbit visits. Nice pool, easy for lap swimming.

Great place

Amazing place, very clean and well taken care of. Absolutely beautiful grounds. Only a mile or two from town but it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. Hassle free checking in and out.

Great experience overall. Bed was very soft, clean throughout room, and beautiful view from balcony. Water pressure in shower was strong but water couldn't get down drain quick enough so it did stand a little. Easy check in/out, friendly staff, and beautifully decorated for the season.

Nice owner/manager. You do not get breakfast with this property if you buy through Expedia or any other third party app. The interior of our room was not very clean. We had dead spiders in our bathroom and a baby bottle just under our bed. I don’t think the floor was vacuumed prior to our arrival. Other renters came and sat right outside our patio door super early and woke us up with their loud talking. They stopped when we opened the blinds to let them know we were there. Overall, good location.

I rented the pool house/cabana. I can't say enough about what a great experience this was! It definitely has a 60's vibe, but it's comfortable and clean. The property is very serene and quiet. The staff was super responsive and friendly. This is a true bed and breakfast, and the breakfast was amazing! It was brought out to the pool house fresh from the kitchen. I'm seriously trying to find reasons to go back to Uvalde just to have the excuse to stay here again.
