"Perhaps I was expecting more from a location calling itself "Executive". While options are rather limited in Lakeview, Oregon, I would seek a different location next visit. Rooms are very dated, with the exception of a rather large flatscreen TV that tended to turn itself off repeatedly. And I assumed anyplace calling itself executive might have wifi."

"We needed a place to spend one night as we were driving north to Spokane. We specifically booked at Best Western, for the refrigerator (travelling with a cooler full of food) and the reputation (chain hotel and familiarity), etc. The staff member who checked us in was super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The only complaint we had, and one that will keep us away from Best Westerns in the future, is the "instant coffee" served with breakfast. "They refused to accept the reservation I made with Expedia for $445.40 and charged me $480.10. They said I should seek a refund from Expedia and that Expedia miscalculated their fees and taxes. Please do not pay them any of my Expedia credits and reimburse me $34.70."

"The owner was very enthusiastic and happy to see us,, but told us the ice machine was out and had been as there was no one to fix it. He also told us not to drink the water as the city water was no good! Bed was ok, floor was sticky, shower was just beginning to get moldy, you could see the pink on the grout. Towels wouldn't even be absorbent enough to use as rags. Ugh! Pick somewhere else! We paid $100, should have been $35 or so!"
