The property doesn’t look anything like the photos. Not very clean no maintenance done. There was breakfast, which was nice. Girl that greeted us was friendly. We asked for towels and it took two days before we got them.

The hotel is clean, and functional. The bed was clean and well made. The shower was hot. However, the place is old and run down. The tub needed resurfacing or replacing. The countertop was stained. The was no coffee pot or coffee. No cups for water. No blow dryer, no iron, no suitcase rack, no phone. The pool and spa closed. It was a place to sleep.

The staff was nice, the place is falling apart. Some rooms are being re-done, the whole place smelled of paint, rust on all the metal door frames for the bathrooms, and wall paper peeling off the walls. I understand renovations, but this was ridiculous. Pool and spa are out of order, even the TV wouldn't work. They offered to switch us to another room, but this was already our 2nd room, the first one the door lock malfunctioned and we couldnt get in. The beds are squeaky and lumpy, and the pillows ancient. Even the washcloths were branded from Walmart. Nice people, will not be back.

Just a quick note: if you have limited mobility, dont stay here. There is no elevator. After I learned this they were, thankfully, able to put me on the first floor. There has been construction going on at this hotel for a long time, pool and hot tub were shut down for repairs. Room was plenty clean and had everything I needed. But there was damage o the carpet and the smoke detector was busted. Not a bad stay. Even though there were obvious permanent residents there, my stay was quiet. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Don't have any pets, staff was friendly, no laundry apparently everything was broken, no pool apparently not working, beds are great, WiFi was terrible, I was given a room where if I wanted to go to the lobby I had to go out the side door with my walker in the rain Justin to get to the lobby for coffee and breakfast hallway was closed by my rooms, toilet ran all night. For what I was charged I should receive a partial refund for services I was not provided but was expecting I will never stay at another Days inn ever again.

We had to unexpectedly fly to WA to support my fiancé's mom whose husband passed away. Thankfully we were not in this hotel much because it was a hot mess. We got in super late at 11:30 pm and just went to bed. The next morning we discovered trash in the room that was not ours in both the drawers and the floor. I went to take a shower and saw a wad of hair in the tub. Our door's deadbolt was nonfunctional. We stayed here so we could use the pool and jacuzzi which were closed. Their Wi-Fi did not work at all. Most of the staff was pretty terrible, except Lilly she was the only saving grace of this trip. I attempted to talk to the manger while I was there and would always get told she was not there today. Left a note and never received a call back. One of 2 of these things would have been ok, but it was too much for what we paid. Not to mention we were going through a very emotional and stressful time for our family and had to deal with this. I would avoid this place at all costs. My favorite part was they cleaned the room twice after I complained about the cleanliness of the room and did not pick up any of the trash I mentioned, only the hair. I hope this place washes their sheets, but I would not be surprised if they don't.
