“Excellent hotel. In the room terrace, you can see the whole Monemvasia. It takes a few minutes to the island by car, and there is supermarket within 5 minutes walk. Room is clean and spacious, and has separate entrance balcony. And breakfast was good enough. Above all, the staff were so kind and warmhearted, I felt.”

“It is located in the center of the castle. So it qas bit tough to carry the big luggage to the hotel. ( The road inside of castle is paved with stones.) However other conditions are all perfect. The room was a traditional stly and well organized. Hosts are kind, they offers delicous breakfast. Recommend here !!”

“Need a perfect place for R&R? If your answer is YES, the answer is definitely the Alas Resort & Spa. It is at the end of a quiet road near the village of Elia. It is totally self-contained with a sand beach, rocky beach for sunbathing, a fantastic pool with a bar nearby, an excellent restaurant, and a beautiful spa. The rooms are great (ours was small but faced the Mediterranean). The staff was totally accommodating and nice. It was a great choice for us and can be for you too.”

We had some difficulty with the gate at arrival, as instructions on how to enter were not clear, and we were also unsure where to leave the remote control upon departure. “The staff were very nice and polite ladies. Rooms were a bit smelly and bathrooms needed a bit more attention! Breakfast was very nice and there was always fresh orange juice and vaffels. Parking was next to the hotel! Generally was a very nice experience!”

“Insgesamt eine sehr positive Erfahrung bezüglich Zimmer, Personal und Meerwasserpool. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Allerdings sind das „Fitnessstudio“ und der Spabereich nicht nutzbar. Wir haben uns am Vortag dafür angemeldet und waren geschockt. Die Geräte waren großteils defekt (außer die Hanteln) und der ganze Raum inkl. des angrenzenden Spabereichs war voller Motten.
