"Extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional Hotel management - do not stay here if you want a hotel to care about your well being. On arrival yesterday in a heatwave of 40 degrees the air conditioning was not working on our room. I raised this issue with the manager as it was unbearably hot and uncomfortable in our room. "A last minute stopover to break up a long trip and for €65 we could not have asked for more. The check in process was smooth and easy. The receptionist spoke very good English (after my painful attempt at checking us in in french!) The rooms were exceptionally clean. The beds were extremely comfy and we slept so well! "Brilliant stay here on route to Dordogne. Host very welcoming and room very up-to-date and spot less. Attention to details like diffuser on hairdryer spot on. Also use of kitchen an added bonus. Would definitely recommend a stay here"
