"Excellent hotel, everyone we met was friendly & professional. Great location, walkable to all major tourist sites & couple minutes walk from Fredrichstasse train station so very easy journey to/from airport. We had family suite for 4 which suited us perfectly. Lots of coffee shops & restaurants in the area, would highly recommend this hotel."

"I’ve always wanted to stay at this hotel because of its location to my family, but never have. This particular trip I absolutely needed to be next to Alexander plots for the convenience of my airplane departure, so I booked it here for three nights and it was absolutely perfect. I only needed a small room so the price was right. Staff was amazing with daily room cleaning to boot. Thank you so much for the great day. Would gladly recommend and do it again. Another one of the big draws, is that because you’re so close to the train station it makes it easy to get in and out, but the biggest plus was that you can get a Döner almost any time of the day. Perfect! A+."

A special thank you to the F&B Manager, Rainer Zand. What a fantastic person to have front of house! He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He was especially thoughtful with one of our children who is coeliac, taking the time to ensure they had safe and tasty options, and making us feel completely at ease. Rainer also gave us great suggestions for things to see and do around the city — his local knowledge made a big difference. We will definitely be back. Thanks for an amazing stay! "
