Great Location and easy to get to from the train station

Would have loved to have experienced the rooftop and look across the Øresund towards Denmark but beyond that, loved the fact that there was AC and other amenities! Second stay here and would do it again.

Hotel was beautiful. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Gym was under renovation and bed was harder than I like which is the only negatives

I had a bit of an issue with check in- my phone won't work when I'm abroad but I was assured before I left that the digital key works with the wifi. It did not. However, the online customer service was quick to respond and offered a solution in the form of a physical key which I was able to access in one of the communal areas, so I was in within 10 minutes. This will be a strange review in that I didn't leave the room for the entire stay. I didn't eat in the restaurant, and I didn't explore the area, although the area looked to be amazing. I came down with food poisoning and double pneumonia while in Berlin ( on my way to Copenhagen.) The staff could not have been kinder. When, on a Sunday, when I inquired about a clinic, they saw to it that a doctor came to the hotel. That alone makes this hotel stand out in my mind.

I stayed for my birthday and the entire staff made me feel very special. Rooms were very clean and they even provided umbrellas in the room in case it rained. Drinks at the bar were also fantastic.

The hotel is great. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. I was given an upgrade to a large room which I appreciated. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is on an island and rather secluded, especially at night. The famed Freetown Christiania is barely ten minutes away and there are many coffee shops nearby.
