“Perfect for business trip and also vacation if you wish to look around the old city and Nicosia. Situated on a quiet street across the Central Bank of Cyprus it is close to many financial institutions and also the old city. The facilities are excellent with a gym on 2nd basement floor and the room is quiet spacious and nicely & neatly furbished with all the appliances. The staff is also helpful and ready to assist. Good name among businessmen who visit Nicosia regularly and also to taxi drivers.”

It is a residential area though and was not cheap compared to the product, but i was happy with the stay.

“The location of the hotel in the city centre is excellent, and the (password-protected) internet connection worked smoothly during the entirety of my stay. The room was smaller and quite dated, but it had all the necessary infrastructure, including a fridge and even a small balcony. “This was an ideal location for my business trip. A large space with two bedrooms. A/C was good and the kitchen well equipped. The bus to the town centre is 1 minute away and is frequent. Download the PAME app to get bus times and routes. There is no really close restaurants or supermarkets, but the latter is walkable. So plan to take the bus for food and drink. Recommended for business stays or leisure. ”
