Excellent price - Good Accommodation

Venice is an expensive city. If you are looking for safe, budget accommodation in close proximity to the main attractions.....this is it. Rooms are clean and spacious. Even though we prefer our own bathroom, the shared bathrooms were very clean, and were never occupied when we needed them.

Mala atención.

No me gustó, en internet no es muy explícito, no tiene aire acondicionado, es baño compartido, no tiene elevador asi que son demasiadas escaleras, daba flojera regresar al cuarto, eso si el baño muy limpio pero no estaban separados hombre y mujer todos usaban los mismos, en ralidad pudo estar mejór, pero al llegar, pues estabamos cansados y asoleadoa ya que no conociamos Venecia y fue un poco confuso llegar y pues nos encontramos con el mundo de escaleras, el chico que atendía, Matias no se acomidio en ayudarnos aunque sea el último piso con alguna maleta, solo abrió la puerta y se volvió a su lugar, al llegar le pregunté si tenía A/A y me contestó de una manera despota diciéndome que si acaso lo vi en internet o si vi que había elevador, yme dice que no era su problema que el solo era trabajador, insistió en llamarle al gerernte "por telefono" y ne lo pone al telefono t el gerente de la misma manera, sólo le dije que no me gustó el lugar porque no es como sale en las fotos y ne dijo que si no me gustaba me podía ir groseramente y que le pidiera el reembolso a Expedia, pues me quedé en el lugar 1ra porque ya tenía pagado 2da: porque iba a ser difícil conseguir otro lugar y 3ra: porque iba a ser mas complicado que Expedia me reembolse mi dinero, solo llegue a Dormir a la habitacion y estuve dos noches. Nota: habia moscos muy gdes y pues necesitaba la ventana abierta porque solo hay in ventilador de pedestal. NO ME GUSTÓ. Pienso que a Matias o no le gusta su trabajo.

Well I know for how much money I was willing to spend I wouldn't get top notch but the bed was just a hard mat. It was hot! The shower didn't drain well and there was no place to put the shower head. The service wasn't bad it was just the way everything was set up. It didn't make us feel like there was any preparation for us. Wish I would have known before would have spent extra money for something better. Definitely needs to be updated.

Tråkig hotellupplevelse i en fantastisk stad

Boendet låg nära båtstation samt manga sevärdigheter. Väldigt bra läge och utgångspunkt för att utforska staden. Rummet var I väldigt dåligt skick. Ej städat, med dam på sidobord samt insektskadaver på väggarna. Möbler och madrasse var väldigt simpla och gamla. Garderoberna luktade väldigt mycket när de öppnades. Överlag var hygienen väldigt dåligt. Känslan var att stället in sköttes om utan var en kassako. Min rekommendation är att definitivt chansa på ett annat boende I Venedig.

La veille du départ nous avons été prévenus que la chambre était indisponible et en définitive nous avons été relogé dans un bel appartement confortable à proximité du pont du Rialto.

Nunca logre hospedarme porque no pude dar con el hotel..le pedi ayuda al muchacho del hotel que me guiara y solo me enviaba whatsapp diciendo cosas inadecuadas.

ce n'est pas celui que j'ai réservé

Suite à un problème du propriétaire, j'ai été "surclassé" dans un petit appartement à 50 mètres du Rialto. Donc pas de salle de bains à partager avec d'autres. Confort, chauffage un peu vétuste, mais nous sommes à Venise. Plus ennuyeux : les plombs sautent facilement. Il faut descendre au rez-de-chaussée pour les réactiver. le chauffage d'appoint n'est pas suffisant. Et, pour ceux qui en ont besoin, pas de machine à expresso.

Old nice hotel

It is a great place near the station. You can walk to the san marco square easily. But the apartment has too many stairs, could be bothering. The room is clean. And very friendly staff.

Hotel pulito ed economico

Nonostante il letto un po' cigolante e la colazione interamente confezionata (ma abbondante) è andato tutto bene, personale simpatico, bagni puliti, design un po' retrò ma venezia è fatta così. Molto comodo il fatto di avere le chiavi e poter entrare e uscire a qualsiasi ora. Recensione positiva!

A éviter

Pour un b&b nous avons en fait eu un appartement dans un autre quartier que celui réservé. Il nous a fallu perdre du temps pour joindre au téléphone le propriétaire, puis encore perdre du temps car celui ci ne voulait plus passer par le site et être payé en liquide. Un appartement froid, humide avec des installations d'un autre siècle(salle de bain), une porte qui ne fonctionnait pas mais que les propriétaires ne nous avait pas signalé! C'est toujours agréable de se retrouver à la porte le soir quand vous vous voulez aller vous coucher! Bref un séjour mémorable mais pas dans le bon sens.

Facile d'accès et super accueil

Pour ceux qui recherchent un côté authentique ce B&B situé dans un authentique et ancien immeuble Vénitien vous plaira sûrement. Assez facile d'accès en venant de l'aéroport Marco Polo par la ligne bleu du bateau bus Alilaguna, il faut marcher à peu près 5 minutes pour y arriver. A partir de ce B&B, comptez environ 10 à 15 minutes de marche pour atteindre la place St Marc. Le gérant est très accueillant, il parle italien (forcément) et anglais, il est aidé de sa famille, tous (de ceux que j'ai rencontré) très sympathique. Mise à part l'escalier à gravir (Un peu d'exercice c'est pas plus mal :)) l'intérieur est beau et la chambre que nous avons occupé était confortable et spacieuse, il y a également 2 salles de bain à se partager pour 4 chambres, mais ça a été, nous n'avons pas expérimenté d'embouteillage à ce niveau. Pour résumer si je retourne à Venise (Et j’espère y retourner) je retournerai certainement dans ce B&B.
