What a charming little hotel! Situated mere blocks from St. Mark’s, the Casa sul Molo is a hidden gem. The property was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The owners/managers were very kind and accommodating. I am so glad we chose to stay here and I look forward to doing so again in the near future!

Good location

It has a great location and in a nice busy area only problem it’s not actually a hotel it’s like a modified apartment where there is 3 bedrooms in each floor and each bedroom has its own bathroom. I just didn’t like the stairs to the third floor was kind a hard and mattress is too hard felt like sleeping on the floor. They also had ants in the bathroom I mentioned it to them but they said it’s because of the food

Très bien Situé, climatisé. Très propre, personnel très aimable. Check-in à distance possible. 4è étage sans ascenseur, ok pour nous. Possibilité de laisser les bagages si arrivée/départ en dehors des horaires. Murs fins, petit déjeuner ne correspond pas à nos attentes mais ok.

Perfect stay, the room was big and with all the comfort. The location is amazing, close to the famous Piazza San Marco and Rialto Bridge. Easy to reach and our room was with view of a church typical Venice style. All the staff was helpful and kind. Thank you!

Horrível!

Péssima! Pior hotel que fiquei na minha vida, se é que posso chamar aquilo de hotel. Quarto horrível, tudo velho, chão range, camas duras e desconfortáveis, banheiro com box minúsculo, café da manhã simplesmente incomível! Nunca se hóspede! E pra completar 4 andares de escada sem elevador e a única pessoa que está no check out e grosseira e incapaz de prestar qq ajuda!

First we had to go up about five or six flights of stairs. Actually I lost count. The room wasn’t as it appeared in the advertisement. The service was great but I would not recommend it for anyone.

This is not a hotel, it's locanda in Italian language, everything is excellent accept (the elevator).

Excellent hotel, nice staff

Excellent Hotel with a vety kind staff. Walls were very thin, you could hear everything, but so is everywhere else in Venice from what I hear. Lots of steps to the 3rd floor, no elevator. Other vise amazing place to stay in.

Excelente ubicación. Solo que para llegar es complicado ya que en Venecia las calles no estan identificadas en Google Maps. Pesado para personas con maletas porque debes subir 4 NIVELES. Deben indicarlo en la descripción del establecimiento.
