베니스 출장으로 머물렀습니다. 기차역이 바로 옆에 있어 베니스 시가지로 접근성이 좋습니다. 카운터 직원이 매우 친절하고 방도 매우 깨끗합니다. 기차 소음이 있으나 늦잠 잘 예획이 아니라면 문제 없습니다. 조식이 가격 대비 매우 훌륭합니다. 근처에 식료품점이 있어 도보로 이용할 수 있습니다. 다시 이용하고 싶습니다.

Stayed here for one night to be close to the airport and was put in a room that stunk like cigs when my selection was non-smoking. The carpet was full of stains & the restroom didn’t look too clean. I was disappointed because the Crowne is typically great.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, even the housekeeping staff. The breakfast was good Most of all it is a 2 minute walk to the train station which takes you into Venice

The property had a moldy scent and the walls in the bathroom were dirty. The sheets were stained and just the room didn't feel welcoming, would never stay there again. Said it was a 4 star but id rate it a 1 ⭐

It was close to the train station, and they had a free shuttle to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a large selection to choose from at breakfast.

Palazzo Stern was lovely and on a quiet corner. The people that worked there were very kind and helpful. The full breakfast was very good; we chose from a menu several courses..coffee, a croissant or muffin, a yogurt and a main dish (eggs for example). The service was friendly. They have an outdoor terrace on the water which is just beautiful, but we we did not have luck to use it since it rained during our stay. The lobby is small, includes the reception desk and a small bar off the reception. With a beautiful staircase and decor reminiscent of another era. There are beautiful Murano chandeliers throughout. We had a junior suite for 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) and it was facing the water, which was lovely. Room included a queen bed and two rollaway cots. The room was nice size but all in all we had 3 beds in the suite. If I had seen pictures of the room configuration before the stay, I would not have chosen it due to being too cozy. The bathroom was nice & clean, had a large tub and a hand shower. We talked to the hotel about other room options, but the cost was prohibitive (almost double) for getting another room.. so we made the most of it. In general, Venice is pricey, the room was about 1000EU / night, and as I mentioned before, the hotel staff was helpful and accommodating. They arranged a water taxi (150EU) to the airport, which was convenient, they also arranged a free water taxi to Murano, courtesy of one of the glass factories, they gave us a nice tour.

Excellent staff but the rooms are old and dingy. My second room that was offered ( after the first rooms TV did not work) had the worse mildew oder I’ve ever encountered. My clothes even have the smell in it.

The floor in the room was dirty, however they let us check in early which was a big plus. The hotel is located right next to train station, good for day trips to Venice-20 minutes via train. The food at the hotel was good, do not expect to be served very quickly. The front desk was very good at planning taxi for off hour pick up to airport, they have a free shuttle service however the time did not work for us.

Our drinking cup in our room had lipstick on it... We were there in April. The room was very warm, 84° F. They were unable turn on the A/C....until June! We had to open the window, not realizing that we were right next to a train station!!! Trains ran until late and started again early! The people at the front desk were nice. The airport shuttle was convenient.

We booked this property specifically because it advertised complimentary shuttle to cruise boat port, but doesn’t actually offer this service. It’s a nice facility, but far from anything interesting to do or see. It certainly doesn’t feel like we’re in Venice.

Fue una estadía muy placentera. Aunque no está muy cerca de Venecia y sus lugares turísticos. Está muy bien ubicado cerca a la estación del metro para llegar a Venecia. Pero si van en carro pueden estacionar al entrar a Venecia y el valor del parqueadero es muy favorable. €35 por 24 horas. Seguro volveríamos a esta hotel sin pensarlo.

Loved it! Quiet, clean, peaceful stay away from the hubbub of Venice. Super convenient location - just a 2-minute walk from the train into Venice, which takes about 20-25 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff was so friendly & helpful, going above & beyond. At one point I had to go to the hospital due to illness & the receptionist called me a taxi after explaining my options for transport & what to expect when I arrived at the hospital. The food in the restaurant was delicious (had all the vegan options). We were grateful the train station was conveniently located directly behind the hotel & it was a quick 20 min to Venice (island). I would absolutely stay here again.
