A cozy room with a spacious bathroom in the heart of Venice. Located in a quiet lane a few minutes from San Marco. The bed is large and comfy. Travel light as you have to climb a few flights of stairs.

Staff was usually quick to reply, unable to adjust in room temperature without contacting the staff which was a small challenge. Room was clean and well set up. Some challenges with main entrance door access. Great location!

The room was clean and nice. The air conditioning did not work. It was very hot. We reported it but nothing was done to resolve our issue. We were provided with 2 paper cups for two nights. We asked for additional cups for the second night but did not receive any.

They provided a link tobopen the doors and when we arrived from sight seeing at 9:30 the link did not work so we could not get into our room. We wrote to them via whatsapp and we did not get any reponse for like 2 hours I had to go to a hotel close by and they contacted the owner and there we finally got a code to enter our room.

Dormir ahí fue muy cómodo, dejan insumos de café muy buenos y té. Quizá solo hace falta un letrerito o flechas del camino por donde debes seguir para entrar a la habitación. Fue un poco complicado averiguarlo, mi esposo y yo pasamos unos 20 min esperando a que alguien saliera de la entrada “moros” del primer piso porque parecía que había alguien dentro y como llegamos unos poquito antes del checkin (lo cual agradecemos mucho) creímos que estaban haciendo la limpieza. Pero al final no, solo teníamos que ingresar al pasillo donde se escuchaba el ruidito que se refería a la apertura de la puerta remota.

Struttura nuova, gestione automatizzata via app/sito perfettamente funzionante. L’odore delle camere come riscontrato da molti è fastidioso. Consiglio un profumatore d’ambiente persistente o a rilascio periodico. Comunque rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale e posizione ottima! Un’ottima soluzione come appoggio a Venezia
