Great location and helpful staff

Fantastic location, lovely hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. No breakfast room but was lovely to have your breakfast pre ordered and delivered to your room at the time you choose.

This hotel was alright . It didn’t offer much. Only sheets. They had blankets on the top to grab in a plastic bag but it was kinda of smelly. I have to say it was great area though . Close to everything . But not a place I would stay again

It was easy access to the main street that takes you around Venice. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. Negative things were no elevator. Steep stairs. Small room. Great service from the staff.

The hotel was in a great location, far enough away from the big sites that crowds were not huge. The shower would be great for a person the size of a skinny jockey, unfortunately I'm not, so unusable for me.

Nice hotel close to the St. Lucia station and the Rialto Bridge. Room was very clean and had a nice view of the canals. Only drawback was the shower was very small, but it did have great water pressure. Bed was very comfortable and the room had good AC.

Great location, fantastic staff and lots of food options around. Really easy to get around. Room was stock standard but too tiny for 2 suitcases. Beware of leaving the windows open, you will be eaten alive

Excellent stay! The staff were super friendly and helpful with everything. The room was a lot bigger than expected. Location was fantastic (especially checking in/ out, the walk to the train station/from the waterbus was relatively painless with 2 big bags), super easy to get everywhere and close enough to the main attractions to come and go throughout the day. Will definitely come back!!

Great Location

The entire staff was so helpful all the way through. Amazing room with a great view to the canal. The only issue is the size of the stand up shower was extremely small. Also remember you need to pay a daily 4.00 city fee not part of the total price of the stay.
