Lovely accomodation with very helpful staff and also great breakfast. Some great restaurants nearby too. Slight distance from the ferry terminals but close to the tourist attractions Only downside was that it was a bit noisy in the morning in our room due to heavy entrance doors outside our room.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the staff there were very accommodating. The room was surprising quiet and the hotel is centrally located, within a short walking distance of San Marco square and the water shuttles. Excellent restaurants throughout the area.

This stay was perfect! As a solo female traveler it was great to be somewhere that felt safe, clean, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and accommodating to my very early morning departure. I also thought this place was a great location within the San Marco neighborhood making water taxis, popular attractions, and restaurants easy to access! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Really nice hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a good breakfast in the mornings. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side but very comfortable. The hotel is centrally located - about 10 minutes to St Marks and Rialto Bridge - making it very convenient.

Excellent use of compact space. Staff couldn’t have been more pleasant and accommodating. Good breakfast. Location fantastic for exploring Venice - and then getting out of the crowd. Walls between rooms a bit thin so you and your neighbors will need to be on good behavior. Would definitely stay again.
