This is a great option to avoid the hellish crowds in Venice proper. The staff were absolutely wonderful and the room was HUGE. It was old-not updated at all. But it was not run down. The shower is TINY so keep in mind if you are a larger human. The island is charming and vibrant. The coffee shack a few blocks down was amazing and a sneaky nighttime surprise of energy. The food at the restaurant is fine. They could use better cocktail choices in the upstairs bar.

Convenient location to the public beach and walk to local shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for our party of 4. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There is a restaurant onsite, however, i did not use it. There is a very beautiful view from the rooftop bar. Beautiful photos at night with the sunset and beach view. Overall a nice hotel for a quick stop in venice close to the beach.

We found the hotel room very clean and spacious. Breakfast was good and the rooftop space a bonus on a nice evening. We really enjoyed staying on the Lido for a different experience of Venice and would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very helpful and the location is great, quiet, also a Coop grocery store was 5 mnts away. We had a family room with a kitchenette but it was an extra charge when booked by a travel site, they said. It was 15 Euros per day, however no microwave! There is an A bus that takes you to and from the vaporetto stop. It is worth it as it takes about 15 mnts to walk.

Great place across from the beach. The room we stayed in could use an update in furnature, specially the squeaky and damaged beds. Other than that it was a good place to stay at. The food here was great, good breakfast options. But their evening restaurant was amazing! Probably the best pizzas in my opinion!

Great location for the beach, and a quiet area. The travel from here to Venice was a bit of a walk, and the bus taxi is about 30 minutes to get to the train station. However, everything else was great!

The staff were very nice but there is a cost cutting can't do attitude. Nice and close to the public beach though. Just a bit pricey for the lack of quality in the hotel. Also note that Saturday night is noisy on the beach front until 2am.

Receptionist Ali and the other guy was best! Best housekeeping! Wasn’t able to sleep due to the aircon problem! Rest of the staff needs to be trained well how to welcome and host the guest! Specifically the restaurant staff needs to learn some talking manners! Specifically the girl with casual uniform and the brown guy! Their attitude is like we came to their house uninvited and they paying for our holiday. Hotel needs to train the stuff well how to talk with guest. Hotel wasn’t even that busy for the staff to be exhausted!

Front desk staff were great as well as the cleaning people. The restaurant staff were not very responsive and the breakfast was the same everyday The scrambled eggs just got harder and harder and the American coffee was like tinted water. When something was ordered like a coffee coretto, espresso with sambucca, the staff came to the table and said 2 euro, pay now. Very rude There use to be a wonderful person, Mohamed who ran the food and bar service. He was great and very missed. If I stayed here again, I would not have the breakfast included unless things changed. Otherwise the hotel is very good

Very happy with our stay in this hotel in May. Conveniently situated on the Lido beach and in a close proximity to local restaurants and bars. Good breakfast with Prosecco also.
