This hotel provided some unique touches. Hand written welcome notes, candy after house keeping, a stellar coffee machine! The location was fantastic! A 2 minute walk from the train station. Great restaurants! Easy access to other forms of transportation. The staff were friendly, engaging and accommodating. We had a blast here!

I would have given this hotel more than 5 stars if I could. The hotel is right next to the Venezia st Lucia so you don’t have to worry about dragging your luggage too far. The property is very well maintained. Breakfast was great!! Front desk staff was very helpful.

Wonderful little hotel in the best location from the train station in Venice. Rooms were small but comfortable beds, air conditioned, and quiet. Breakfast and the bar were very good. Staff was amazing and so helpful. My daughter got sick on the trip, and the front desk was great for getting us to pharmacy. When I come to Venice again, I would definitely stay here again.

We had a 2 night stay in Venice, but this hotel truly stood out and was outstanding from start to finish. The gentleman at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and incredibly charming. Nothing was too difficult for him, and he was always happy to help. He is a true professional, and we really appreciated his assistance. Although the room was small, it was perfect for our stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were excellent. The bathroom was a good size, and the shower was fantastic! Breakfast was one of the best we have had during our five-week journey through Italy and the young lady in the restaurant was very attentive and made an excellent cappuccino! Overall, I honestly cannot say one bad thing about this hotel. Everything was outstanding. It is conveniently located just around the corner from the train station, making it very easy to access Venice. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

The hotel was great and very convenient for getting around Venice. Perfect for transportation bus and train. Best part of the stay was the staff! Very helpful and friendly. They made the stay the best and would be the reason we would stay there again.
