“Staff great parking easy”

“Had to wait a bit to check in as the person on duty was elsewhere on the property. Signs say it’s a non smoking facility yet when we got to our room it reeked of cigarette smoke. Our room was quickly switched and the employee immediately went to the first room with what looked to be an ozonizer to rectify the problem. Room was very basic but everything worked, however it had a musty smell. When we returned in the evening we noticed some “questionable” guests in the pool area partying and...

“The ice machine didn't work and the hot water wasn't hot but other than that everything was great. Location was great room was clean”

“The hotel is in a perfect location downtown. The hotel is not very clean nor is it well maintained. Upon checkin we were assigned a room that was smoked in and in terrible condition. The staff was able to assign us a different room, better but still not good. There was another person in the lobby complaining about cockroaches in his room and the staff was offering to cancel his reservation for a $79 fee.. I never saw bugs in either of the rooms we had been assigned. We won’t be back.”

“Homeless people and workers living here possible drug deals going on at night. Room was very damp floor squishy. Smell like mildew. Pool was nice Breakfast good.”
