Cracker Barrel is on the same street as hotel. The shower head in the bathroom needs to be replaced. It has low pressure. Tried to change the setting on shower head but it is not working. The toilet paper holder is behind the toilet which makes it hard to reach should be to the side of the toilet. They have an extra toilet paper in the bathroom, should consider leaving an extra facial tissue. These always seem to run out when I arrive at a hotel and we have to go down and ask for one. Plenty of towels. The elevator was very slow. It was faster to walk up the stairs than to wait for the elevator. On the side of the elevator door arrow does not light up. Would be nice to see if elevator is going up or down. Should have quiet time from 10 pm to 8 am. Across from us, loud talking slamming doors, even a scream 10 to almost 2 am. "Disappointed. Always thought Ramada was good. Room dark and dingy. Keys wouldn’t work, had to get new key every time I entered room. Quilt had cigarette burn in it. Towels small, shampoo, conditioner and soap very small. Water pressure terrible.Wont stay at that Ramada again. Staff was pleasant.Black water flies in room. Room very noisy. Sorry to report but not good."
