Pésimo servicio. Nunca mas regreso.

Pedí habitación con vista al mar, pero me pidieron que cambiara a una que estaba en la planta baja con una pequeña ventana que daba a una pared. Ofrecen cena y desayuno gratis y dos dias no me hubo. Dos dias amanecimos sin agua.

Las instalaciones están demasiado descuidadas, creo que no tienen presupuesto para poner una buena mesa de noche, un buen colchón, las cortinas de baño dan pena. En definitivo no vuelvo a ese hotel creo que necesitan hacerle reparaciones en todas sus áreas.

El hotel está bien, solo que al reservar por la aplicación, no se cumplió en el hotel lo que venía en dicha página. Sería bueno que se pusieran de acuerdo en la página y el hotel, por ejemplo marcaba una cama Queen en la aplicación de reservar y en el hotel me dieron una matrimonial. Tuve que pagar un poco más para tener esa cama. Pero para descansar está bien.

No me gustó para nada, empezando con la reservacion no la respetaron, lo solucionaron dandonos otras habitaciónes sin embargo las habitaciones tenían mal olor, el baño el agua de la regadera se corria hasta el lavabo, ruido extremo que no permite descansar bien y se escucha las conversaciones y todo lo que está sucediendo en los pasillos cosa que también te impide descansar.

Me gustó la ubicación del hotel. No me gustó la calidad del servicio y atención porque no se preocupan en garantizar al huésped un espacio tranquilo, pues las habitaciones están muy juntas y los huéspedes se ponen a gritar, platicar y cantar a horas avanzadas de la noche y no hay nadie del hotel que ponga orden. De igual manera, llega la gente en estado inconveniente a sus habitaciones en la noche y se pone a patear las puertas u nadie del hotel hace nada para evitar esto. De igual manera, el personal de limpieza no está bien educado, pues se ponen a cantar y gritar en el pasillo entre ellos para ver qué habitaciones están listas y cuáles faltan sin importar que todavía hay huéspedes dormidos a las 9 am.

Llegamos a las 6pm, no habia estacionamientos solo para 6 coches....nos bañamos y no habían toallas...baje a recepción y las tenían en la secadora...nos secamos con nuestra misma ropa. No hay teléfono y tampoco colchas, solo una sábana que te morías de frío durante la noche. PESIMO HOTEL!!!!

Muy buen lugar

La ubicación del lugar es inmejorable, el personal muy amable y sonriente, solo que mi estancia fue de 2 noches y no hicieron la limpieza después de la primer noche, claro que por lo que pague no me quejo, pero imagino que hay que preguntar en recepción cual es la mecánica para que limpien tu habitación, en general soy una persona que cuando viaja solo llega a dormir, así que el hotel me funciono a la perfección.
