“This is such a special place. Our cabin is adorable with chairs on a little front porch and all the amenities inside one could want. The bed was super comfortable. We had a fire outside in the fire pit last night. The wood was provided and we enjoyed sitting by the river with a waterfall that flows past the place. “Nice big sinks in the room. Expedia listed check-in time starting at 2pm so that's when we arrived. The reception desk informed us check-in is 3pm, not 2pm. They graciously checked us in anyway instead of asking us to go somewhere and wait.”

I thought being so old, there would be thin walls, but it was so quiet! The bed was comfy and the shower was so great, I took a picture of the shower head to get for home. I would definitely stay here again if in this part of Vermont. ”

“This is a small, old-fashioned motel. The room was smaller than most modern hotels but still had plenty of room for me and my dog. I loved the simple, honest appearance. The owners made it easy to check in and get into my room without waiting at a lobby counter. There's a candy store in the middle of the motel, and I had treats on my bedside table when I came in.”
