Room was clean. Hot water immediately at tap and good shower pressure. I did need to call the contact number during office hours in order to check in. I would stay there again.

The bathtub/shower was dirty. I couldn’t use it because it was so dirty. Everything in the room was old and run down. The bed was really hard. The sheets were not clean. The pictures on the website that I looked at when I booked the room were very deceiving. They made the place look nice. I was very disappointed. I didn’t stay the second night that I had paid for because everything was so nasty. The lady at the front desk was fantastic! She was excellent during the check in process.

This is a budget motel in what a appears to be a rebuilding phase - some of the rooms seemed to be in the process of renovations. My room had been renovated so it was very clean, hardwood floors, nice bed. What I appreciated the most was the great service. Our fridge stopped working and it was replaced immediately. That and the nice fluffy towels.

Everything in the room had been updated. It was very clean and seemed new. I had some issues with programming the brand new TV and the microwave didn't work until a staff member was able to get it operating.

The sheets didn't seem to have been changed. The curtains were sheer with no blackout possibilities. And the coffee pot didn't work. To be fair I left early enough that I didn't bring anything up with the staff who were very efficient at checkin.

No staff was on site to check us in. It took us 20 min to get someone on the phone, who checked us in remotely. The door code didn't work and they told us to wait an hour and try again. Had to force them to move us to a different room. The A/C was set as low as possible and it was still 85* in the room. Cracks in both the sink and shower. Earwigs were found inside the mini fridge.

We arrived with dead phones, no charger, and facing a morning walk across town to the airport. The staff was so kind, let us borrow a charger and offered to shuttle us to the airport. Great room with even better staff. If I'm ever in Vernal again there's nowhere else I'd rather stay.

The vent in the bathroom didn't work. Breakfast was supposed to be from 7:00am to 9:00am. But by 8:00am it was all gone. Staff is not in the office most of the time. Slightly overpriced for what you get. But it is priced in the lower third of hotels in the town.

It took about 30-40 minutes to get checked in once in the AC was so loud that there is no way to run the AC and sleep. The sheets had a weird stain on them. overall not a great experience mostly due to the long check in
