“Nice big room in beautiful old mansion, with great service from the owner, especially his well-stocked bar! Location is great for visiting nearby sites, and close to groceries, restaurants, and other amenities. Oh, and a very comfortable bed, with Nespresso machine in the room. We were very happy with our stay!”

“The low rating was the result of being given a handicap room that made showering and using the bathroom very challenging. We are not allowed to park in a handicap spot. There should be laws to prevent hotels to use these rooms allocated to those who truly need them. I urge Expedia to take this issue seriously and reflect that in their terms of business. At a minimum we should be warned in advance and know what we are getting. We immediately requested the change and the receptionist refused to...

Impossible d'aérer car nous donnions sur des zones où nos fenêtres étaient accessibles.

“Simply amazing place!
Location - unbeatable. Cliffs to the mountains are right outside your window. Canillo is small, walkable, and near a ton of hiking, skiing, or natural beauty in general.
Room - excellent. Spacious, with comfortable beds, deep and comfy bathtub, mini-fridge. While Andorra isn't nearly as hot as most of Europe in a heatwave, we welcomed air conditioning that could always keep up with necessary cooling.
Parking - great. Costs a surcharge, but super convenient, safe, onsite,...

“La dame de la réception a été très agréable et souriante.
Hotel très calme. Chambre spacieuse avec balcon, petite salle de bain.
Dommage que l'accès au spa soit payant.
Nous avons pris le dîner qui était très bon et à un prix extrêmement raisonnable, menu à 25 euros.
Excellent petit déjeuner, beaucoup de choix et très bon jus d'orange frais.
A recommander”
