“We booked this hotel for a cosy week away in the snow and cold, hoped for a spa, good food and a comfy room to watch movies, but what we were met with was the farthest thing from all of this despite advertising. The spa is an added cost PER USE despite the expensive room, the breakfast was, quite frankly, disgusting and cold, (the hot stuff like scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages), and the Wi-Fi was SO SLOW we couldn’t watch a thing on netflix. “Beautiful area and country, can only imagine how much more incredible it would be during the snow seasons. The apartment was huge, cozy and had great amenities. Check in slightly confusing with how seperate the main reception is but easily solved. Would highly recommend this apartment and Andorra as a country. Thanks!”
