“Overall a nice stay in what I would say is quite a rural area. The staff were really polite and helpful. The only things that I would say would improve a stay at this hotel is a couple of easy wins such a tea/ coffee facilities in the room and a welcome pack explaining check ins/outs, places to eat etc as we soon found out lots of places close in certain days or didn’t serve food for very long (I imagine this is a seasonal thing). “The room was in unacceptable condition: the bed was covered in dust, and the window facing the garden lacked screens, allowing flies and mosquitoes to flood inside when opened—which was necessary due to the hot weather. Furthermore, the TV was completely unavailable to watch the ongoing FIFA World Cup matches. Although the staff acknowledged and reportedly flagged the issue, no successful repair was made during our entire stay. This was a highly unpleasant experience. I am left wondering how...

“Les chambres sont spacieuses et refaites, malheureusement la propreté n'est pas au rendez-vous. Malgré les efforts faits par le gérant pour nous satisfaire et nous délivrer une chambre familiale adaptée à deux jeunes enfants, l'expérience reste mitigée. L'espace jeux d'enfants extérieur n'est pas praticable et la piscine mal entretenue. L'hôtel est plutôt un lieu de travailleurs de passage qu'un lieu familial.”
