“Tiene una escalera muy larga y estrecha para acceder a la propiedad, en la reservación ofrecían limpieza diaria y nunca fueron a limpiar, para cambiar las toallas había que pagar 10 euros para cada cambio, en la reserva ofrecían aire acondicionado y cuando llegamos hacía mucho calor y solo tenían un ventilador, en la reserva ofrecían un balcón y no tenía balcón. Lo único bueno era la ubicación con muchos restaurantes muy bueno pero nuestra estadía en esa propiedad no fue como lo esperábamos. ”

“Beautiful room very clean and some view only issue was finding hotel and reception was no very well detailed seaview vernazza every apartment is called this but got there in the end by asking a local the reception is on the square as stated but there is around 8 different buzzers and does not state which to press. Definitely would stay again.”

“The room was small but perfect for two adults! Seems to be family owned, and although there is no view of the ocean from the room/balcony there is only a small walk there. Really enjoyed our stay and the service was minimal but sufficient. Overall great!”

“Located just a few minutes up from the train station. They even met us there to escort us. The room was so clean—freshly mopped when we arrived, and they came each day to freshen up. We loved hearing the river running down below. The balcony was a lovely extra. Vernazza was the perfect central location for exploring Cinque Terre.”
