The facilities and rooms are clean. It's walking/bicycling distance to downtown, marina and the Sunrise theater. Given the good value for its price, there are only a couple of issues that as a landlord, I would correct. 1) Pool appears clean and clear; why not open it to hotel guests? 2) Replace/upgrade super thin (worn out) sheets. Providing a blanket is pervasive across motels. If thats too costly, at least, offer some on a per request basis when available.

Nice hotel in Fort Pierce!

Nice and clean hotel for the price! They were super friendly and made sure we got checked in without a problem. Not too far away from downtown where they have some good coffee, shops, and restaurants as well!

Stayed at this property for 10 nights. Not my usual type of hotel to stay at. But stayed because the rate was lower here. The room it self needs an update like yesterday although it was pretty clean. It was also very quiet not a lot of traffic which was a plus! I would definitely stay again if property is updated.The Owners ( Husband and Wife) was friendly!

Comfortable stay

The hotel was surrounded by local stores and restaurants, all in walking distance. The rooms could use an upgrade, but other than that my stay was fine and comfortable.

Redfinn Inn affordable and comfortable

We needed an affordable hotel walking distance from downtown and Redfinn Inn proved to be ideal. Hotel is clean, had the necessary room amenities for comfort, and is obviously well managed.

Old school motel but very clean and relatively quiet. Staff was available and attentive. Excellent location near many restaurants. Ideal for my needs.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Be sure to follow the instructions shown at check-in to work the water in the tub/shower. Definitely above average in cleanliness.

Worth staying for convenience of location.

Great for a night or 2 . Old hotel but was clean and great location for near downtown. The price was way worth the stay. Everything was miles away and at least double. Just needed a clean place to sleep and freshen up.

Perfect for 1 night motel experience. The bed was so comfy that I got 8 hours uniterrupted sleep. Check in is a very clear 4 pm.

One of my go-to spots when working Ft Pierce. Pricing creeped up at bit recently, not excited about that. Plumbing and facilities worn but clean snd mostly proper. A good utility place for working folk.

Clean, good price and close to FAU

It was exactly what we paid for. It's an older building that they do their best to keep clean and safe. My only complaint would be there is no outdoor seating for smoking. The pool was not accessible (locked because there was no water), but we were not there for that. Top, if anyone else is going to stay: bring cash. They take a $50 cash deposit. When you arrive. You get your $50 back when you return your key to the front desk. Good price, clean. Would stay here again.

Worked Great for my weekend!

Not bad for a couple nights away on a budget. Room was fine and did the job! I felt the staff made great effort to please me and were very kind. Have your $50 Cash deposit ready when you check in to avoid delay. They give you the cash back upon satisfactory check out so no worries! Overall I feel like I got my money worth for sure!

Four stars not five on the property and area only because they use a bank teller window both when I arrived at 7 pm (after dark, ok) and 9am (daytime, necessary??), and the pool was padlocked. Still, I felt like my car and room was safe. Room was very clean, not just "Florida clean". Good water pressure and temperature.

I love the fact that they care about there guest and want the most comfortable stay for them love the customer service to me very clean quite ... There is one thing that I don't like and that the fact of there being a pool and it looks pretty clean and useable but when I asked about it I was told it don't work by the lady that works there I do believe she is part of the family however overall I give it a 5star very sweet people and Kevin and the one young guy not sure of his name but I have spoke to them numerous times and the are wonderful people 🙌🙌

Why would they but you in a room that they already knew the fridge and microwave didn't work, when we opened the door the cockroachs ran out, when we went back to the bullet proof window and explained, the kid said order Domino's, there are no restaurants in walking distance and shady neighborhood

Very run down. Plaster repairs to walls and doors that aren't painted over--or even sanded down. No lobby. Check in through a heavy window with narrow slot for credit card. No vending machine or food available. Air conditioner so noisy impossible for conversation when it's on. In their favor rooms were clean.
