The staff put my mind to rest for the quick drive to Gananoque for the cruise to Boldt island. The hot tub was truly hot, which was great for sore muscles after a full day walking around Kingston."

"When we arrived our non smoking room smelled like smoke, which everyonen in our group agreed, we told the front desk because we wanted another room and the receptionist was very rude saying that it did not smell like smoke without even going to the room, we took him and he kept saying that it did not smell when it very clearly did and he was refusing to get us another room. After my husband started to get annoyed by his attituted he agreed on changing rooms. everything else besides that was good."
