Nice hotel in a good location
Needed a hotel to stay at for the night. Service was excellent, room was a bit dirty when we arrived but they cleaned it quickly, the complimentary breakfast was great. Overall great hotel.

Dear Mr. James, thank you for your feedback. Air conditioning is being checked and cleaned every year before summer or hot spring arrives. It happens normally at the end of April. Untill that moment - for clients' health . they are not suggested to use. Hopefully next time when you are back, you can enjoy it

Overall, not a bad hotel, although the room I was allocated did have a strange layout, with virtually no room between the bed and the Radiator and wall, which made it difficult to get down the side of the bed, and the headboard of the bed being under the low end of a pitched ceiling, meant that you could not sit up in bed without banging your head on the ceiling.

Room was basic, but standard for the area. Curtains could be replaced. Good location and meets business needs.

Room Did not have aircondition. Room was very hot and stuffy. We couldn't open window, because of smell from kitchen below. Around midnight we contacted reception. They new about problem and offere us another room. If they offered us that room from start, our Stay there would be very pleasant. Hotel is beautiful, in great location. Breakfast was very good. Even we had this problems, we would again stay in this hotel.

Betekints Hotel
The hotel was clean, cannot comment on the spa facilities as didn't use. Free internet and parking. Negatives, the hotel was expensive for Hungary even in summer (132.00 EUR per night), it was very hot and the room had no air conditioning, a fan was provided but this didn't make any impact. Check out service was slow, this wasn't due to staff but the system that required one computer to check out and another for payment.

Hôtel idéal pour les petites promenades
Le Betekints Wellness és Konferencia Hotel est situé dans un quartier très agréable, proche de jolies promenades autour d'un ruisseau. Il est un peu loin du centre de la ville.
