The concierge was so helpful and our room was huge, nice for 3 adults with stools for our luggage!! They had laundry service as well that we took advantage of!"

"I can’t say enough about this hotel. It was my favourite on our trip. The room was huge, it’s in a great area within walking distance to all the great sites and clean. However, there was a negative. The hotel backs in to Piazza Republicca. This, at first, was a positive however, on some nights there is someone singing in the square. I would normally love this but they sing some nights to 1 am!! It’s impossible to sleep until that is finished. I can understand the singing but it should definitely stop by 10 or 11. The hotel has tried to stop this but are not able to. Other than that, this is a top hotel for us."
