"Beautiful hotel in a great location. Easy walking to everything. The front staff provide a brief tour while escorting to room and happily book anything you need. The room was nicely appointed. Breakfast had something for everyone. They even give a complimentary bottle of Chianti to enjoy there or take home. "

"So this little hotel is in a very busy area - simply trying to walk down the street with your luggage feels like you’re navigating an obstacle course. At 2 am we were watching from our balcony the drunk people down on the street (very amusing). That being said, it’s in a very convenient location if you’re there to see the sights of Florence. We were able to walk to almost everything. The furthest away point of interest in our itinerary was probably the Piazzale de Michelangelo where people go to watch the sunset. The staff was nice and accommodating. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Rooftop bar served as a lovely way to sit and relax with a glass of wine after a long day of walking and sightseeing. And the breakfast is so good! For the price you really can’t go wrong here! "

"Excellent place to stay in Florence. The site has everything we needed - nice restaurant, good shop and a swimming pool. The is a frequent and cheap bus into town at the entrance to the site. We stayed in a bungalow and it was perfect for two people in a lovely large bed with a nice outside seating area."

"We had a very smooth stay, thanks to the friendly and accommodating staffs! Our requests were all taken cared of by Angela and Mauris! On one of the days, we had an emergency from across town and called the concierge for help and they gladly did."
