overall a good hotel at a very good location. Good value for money. The hotel can get 10/10 score if they work on the improvements listed below. What's good about the hotel - Walking distance to most of the restaurants and shops. - Good view from the room. Rooms are spacious enough - Comfortable beds and pillows - Good shower (water temperature/pressure) Needs improvement - Cleanliness in the room. Found few hair on the bed and a sock. They quickly cleaned up after I informed the front desk - The restaurant in the lobby may not be open everyday making it difficult to plan - The breakfast discount was not much. Breakfast was expensive in the next hotel and was not a great value for the money - The hotel doesn't have laundry option - No extra bedding was provided

The only comment is regarding the bathtub in our room (which your records will show). It is excellent in every way (beautiful surrounding panels, nice high and adjustable showerhead, good waterflow, temperature, drainage and so on). However, entering and exiting the shower presents a risk of slipping/falling. That being, the walls of the bathtub itself are high, requiring a high step over the wall to enter. As there are no safety bars mounted anywhere to hold onto to steady oneself, one must very carefully place a hand against the shower wall which feels very uncomfortably risky. The two of us are seniors (in good physical condition), but this is not an age issue. It's an over all ages risk of injury (and liability) concern.
