“This property is extremely outdated with little modernization. The room is small with outdated furniture, although the mattress was good. The room door only had a handle lock which opened with an actual key - no deadbolt or other locking feature. The auxiliary entrances were not locked or secured in any manner. Check-in took 20 minutes with a clerk who struggled with understanding 3 people checking in with 2 separate reservations. I am unclear if language was the barrier or if it was...
