Harbourfront location of hotel was perfect fo us. A bit further away from the downtown and other hotels but the view and convenience of the harbour and boardwalk was amazing. Rooms are large and modern. Restaurant meals were delicious and staff were very courteous and amazingly friendly. Would DEFINITELY choose this hotel again, and highly recommend it!

This hotel has a great vibe. The room was spacious and clean. I asked for housecoats and they were delivered promply. Service was excellent. The staff were courteous and friendly. We recently stayed for two nights at this hotel, having never stayed here before. It was absolutely spotless inside and our room felt spacious and quiet. The staff at the front desk and the housekeeping staff were equally friendly and helpful. I appreciated the convenient location and onsite parking. The coffee shop in the lobby was a perfect first stop! The filtered water station was also appreciated. Most of the tourist sites and shopping areas were walkable (between 10-30 minutes away) and if you want to save time, there is a water taxi as well. I would definitely stay here again!

We really liked the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had a very nice ocean view. The hotel parking was very convenient. The location of the hotel is excellent and is walking distance to most of downtown Victoria which was a huge bonus as we didn’t want to use our car too often. We didn’t have the time to enjoy the restaurant or the other facilities available but we hope to come back to enjoy this great hotel.
