"The positive: There's permanently someone at the front desk you can talk to in case of a question or an issue. The staff are attentive and responsive. The hotel is located very close to the centre where you can find plenty of restaurants, caffe and bars. The breakfasts are good. The negative: The rooms are small. The isolation is poor. People talking in the corridor felt like they're standing and talking inside my room. The facilities are old. Hot water is not really hot in the busiest hour...

" Ratify mountain/lake view. Hotel lobby and sitting areas built to enjoy the view fully. The hotel was very well located. Clean, maybe a bit faded elegance. We would stay here again happily."

"A lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. My only comment is that it was extremely hot when I was there and yet the heating was on, and apparently couldn’t be altered ? A fan for the room was provided but the temperature was still somewhat uncomfortable."
