If I can give this hotel 100 stars I would. Hands down one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.
Fantastic location (with an amazing Lake view).
The breakfast in this hotel is next level. The staff are super helpful and the rooms are extremely clean and tidy. My family loved it and we will always stay here when visiting San Francisco.

I would not park and fly from this hotel again. I would have had to wait an hour for the return shuttle. They do not come every half hour. Took an uber for 22$ instead to get to my car . Overcharging on parking when I could get it for 11$ a day down the street at the Dylan. Not happy about that. I will stay at the Dylan next time I fly
