Property is in a great location ! Clean and well laid out. We loved the big windows :) It was difficult to figure out how to get into the apartment, we needed assistance from the neighbour as we did not hear back from the owner even though we messaged them … that is our only negative remark…. Other than that perfect little apartment !! Awesome view too !!

Loved this place! Be aware building is under going renovation on lower levels. Rooms are on the top floor like new and are fantastic. Right on bus stop that is 3 stops to the main train station. Staff was incredibly helpful. Grocery stores short walk either direction. Laundry service one block from apartment.

Finding the apartment was a bit challenging but the unit was good. We had a car and parking was a mile away which was fine but a little confusing.

The apartment was nice , in a safe neighborhood. It was clean . The Bathroom window does not have a curtain to the window, which is right where you would shower . During our stay there , men were working on the building with scaffolding directly by the bathroom window, …☹️.very uncomfortable . An easy fix with a curtain …. We had to try and The noice from the construction started at 9 am , It was extremely loud . Communication with the owners was not very good , I sent several messages threw the expedia

Excellent Apartment, great location

Apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Very slight negatives: 1. No instruction to press the key symbol outside the building before entering security code, it took a while pressing buttons to access the building. 2. Shower room window has clear glass and no blind/covering, needed to hang a towel over window for privacy. All other visible windows also appeared to be shower rooms with obscured glass 3. TV kept freezing when accessing apps/change channel/volume. Remote seems to be either solar powered or needs a charging cable, we were confused if the remote had no power or if we were doing something wrong. Lots of positives: *Would stay again* 1. Great clean apartment, excellent air-con, comfortable bed and great blackout blinds. 2. Communal areas/other floors are currently undergoing work, don't be put off as the floor with the apartment is completely refurbed and lovely. 3. Lift to all floors. (Up a few internal steps to reach lift though, useful to know if you have small children/pram etc) 4. Nice area, lots of shops (including supermarket) very near. 5. Tram and bus stops nearby, Underground 8 mins walk away and we used Vienna Hauptbanhoff station (including transfer to/from airport) alot which was 10-12 min walk away. 6. Day of arrival I received 3 emails from "Hotels.com" saying I had not paid. Hotels.com were no help however Co-host Elizabeth called me to confirm everything was OK. Beware - THESE WERE SCAM EMAILS. Not sure if I or Host have been hacked.

Perfect location for us, quiet and clean. A great resting place for a couple of days on our travels. Could use a blind for the bathroom window and more wine glasses. The sofa bed in the living room was not comfortable, (just putting that out there if the owners wanted to address this in the future) but my daughter managed.

Great flat, it has got everything you would need for a few days’ stay. The only two things that could be improved are adding a curtain in the bathroom - the shower is open and the window is right there, so other flats could see you. We put a towel in front of the window to fix this a bit. And the second thing is communication from hotels.com or the owner (not sure who should do this) as we had no check-in instructions until I messaged them asking what to do.

Gute Lage direkt an Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Anweisungen, wie man in die Wohnung kommt wurden klar und einfach vorab kommuniziert. Den Aufzug findet man auf dem Halbstock (also eine Treppe hoch oder runter gehen). Neben der Kommunikation per Mail und Whatsapp wurde auch angerufen. Wohnung ist gemütlich und hell - Rollläden sind vorhanden, ein echtes Plus. Man merkt jedoch, dass einiges günstig eingerichtet wurde, und auch nicht mehr funktioniert: Garderobe ist locker, Beleuchtung am Bett funktioniert nicht, Spülmaschine vorhanden, aber keine Tabs. Für ein langes Wochenende aber alles im Rahmen.
