"Best room we have stayed in across many countries. Easy to find, close to the lake, with plenty of great shops nearby. The room was perfectly sized, the bed and pillows comfortable. The bathroom was clean and worked perfectly. The balcony had a lake view and room for both of us to sit. "Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Comfortable, clean, elegant. Balcony was wonderful for a cup of tea or glass of wine. Staff were amazing - helpful, accommodating and so pleasant. Breakfast was a lovely experience (they easily accommodated my gluten free request). 5-10 min walk into town (uphill on the way back). Easy to access everything you need in Como. Would definitely stay there again. Possibly the only downside is that if you’re not a confident driver you won’t enjoy the parking...

"This hotel is in a central location on Lake Como and within walking distance to many restaurants, the ferry, the funicular and other attractions. The “continental” breakfast was actually a huge breakfast buffet with pastries, eggs, bacon, sausages, fruit, mimosas, coffee, deli meats, granola and juices…all delicious! Rooms are updated and very clean. My only complaint is concerning the flat, hard pillows but I also did not ask for a replacement which I should have done."
