โGreat area. Hotel staff was friendly. Rooms was good just a little foul smell from either the trash can or fridge. Will stay again and recommend.โ
โAlthough it is a century-plus in age, the inn looked great. The innkeeper (Dennis) was friendly, knowledgeable of the area, and attentive during check-in, breakfast, and check-out. Just ten minutes from hiking, shopping, and eating/drinking...will return again!โ
โThe host ran down the driveway to welcome us and to help us park! He ran!! How unique is this? Both hosts helped us with our luggage. The home is a Victorian dream, with beautiful oak woodwork and sumptuous wallpaper. Amanda cooked full breakfasts for us, and had other extras available. Location is good for walking.โ
โBehind the mattress on the bed frame was dirty and the inside of the lamps were dirty, breakfast was limited and bread was stale but itโs reasonable imo, otherwise no issues to note.โ
