“Lovely Hotel, with a homely atmosphere. All staff were friendly and helpful. Good Breakfast. Room large with a nice Balcony overlooking the Pool (which unfortunately we didn't have time to use). Would definitely recommend this Hotel.”

The room was clean and well made, the bed was comfortable and I appreciated having an empty minibar fridge. The one thing I am unhappy with is the lack of availability in the hotel's parking. “This outstanding property is stretched over acres of beautiful countryside at the bottom of the Etna volcano. It is part of the Relais Châteaux collection, so you can expect 5 star service and amenities. Rooms and suites are spread across the property, in the middle of vineyards, lemon trees etc. The views are breathtaking, the staff is extremely helpful, nice and professional. “The staff very much made this hotel worth maximum ratings. They were able to accommodate my need for two separate beds without issue and honor what I thought I was booking. The breakfast was great and made the stay a good value. The gym and pool close at 2000 - it would be nice if these were open longer. ”

“Vi hade fina dagar på hotellet. Gillade särskilt poolen som vi i princip hade för oss själva. Frukostbuffén var riktigt fin och du kunde även beställa varma rätter som ingick. Giarre som ort är ganska sömnig. Du behöver bil för att ta dig runt. Vi testade middagen på hotellet en kväll. Superfin mat men ingen barnmeny. Skulle tipsa om La Spiga som ligger 200m från hotellet om ni vill äta genuin italiensk mat. ”
