We liked the room/suite for its beds and bathroom but some seats would have been a nice addition as would a small refrigerator. The bar staff could have been a little friendlier. The restaurant was mostly open air. We froze at breakfast. We wore coats one night for dinner. But the food was good.

Spent the night here after arriving from the US. The property is absolutely beautiful. We ate at the restaurant because we were wiped out after traveling all day. The food was good and pretty reasonably priced. The room was clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was very good.

If we had booked through the hotel directly we could have got free breakfast (I think it was $25 each). Also might have got a balcony but the room was fine. At the edge of Jaco so we had a short taxi or Uber ride to get into town - about $4! Although I don't use the casino another guest commented ...

We were supposed to have a 5 night stay. On the 4th day, a guy was following people around the pool and harassing women. Appeared to not only be drunk but on some type of drugs. For a few hours he went unchecked harassing people. This resort has little to no security just so you will know. Included ...

The staff members were all super friendly and the location was great. The room had everything you could possibly need including 2 A/C units, a stove, a dish washer, and a washer/dryer. I even had a HUGE iguana visit the balcony. So cool! I would definitely stay here again.
