"I stayed here for 2 nights in June. The room was stiflingly hot when I arrived, and although there was an air conditioning unit in the room, it was completely useless even when the thermostat was set to the lowest temperature and the fan set at the highest speed. The settings had been removed from the air conditioning unit itself, presumably to save on energy bills from people wanting a comfortable temperature in the room on summer nights. So I ended up having to open the window all the way and...

"Absolutely perfect! They changed my room three times and we finally found perfection. They also gave me a kettle, hairdryer, complimentary coffee, croissant and madeleines. Very kind staff, great housekeeping and good location, with shops, supermarkets and restaurants walking distance."
