"The description should have mentioned it was an upstairs room. The stairs were difficult for me, but a staff member did help with my luggage. I put some things in the community refrigerator and 2 beers were gone the next day when I went to retrieve them"

"Ive never left a bad review but after not sleeping and finding bugs in our bed I had to. We had a dead bug in the bed upon check in, no buggy I moved it out. Main issue, their staff Nathalie placed us in a suite right under a refrigerator truck for their restaurant and their staff kept on talking and making lots of noise till midnight. I had book a suite and was shocked of all the noise. I finally fell asleep at midnight trying to tolerate the the situation but then at 5am massive trucks and...

"Staff at check in helpful and attentive. Clean room, except for penultimate night, but no big deal. Easy to access from Autoroute with simple access into Narbonne Thoughtfully placed us on quiet side of building. Parking always easy and felt secure. Decent breakfast provision.
