“Een prachtig verblijf!”

“This place is extremely difficult to contact. They rarely respond to questions through Hotels.com, and I have never once been able to reach them by phone. Before my stay, I specifically asked whether housekeeping had fixed hours because I needed to work during the day and usually went out in the afternoon. I was clearly told that there was no set housekeeping schedule. However, in reality, I placed the “make the room” tag outside at 2 PM, and when I returned later, the room had still not been...

“Great location and clean room. Bathroom was clean and hot water ran good in the shower. The ac worked well with the shutters closed!”

“Close to everything. They don’t clean the room daily.”

“It was really nice! Host is friendly and kind. And location is pretty good to look around center of city, the best of all is very quiet around hotel at night. If I visit Firenze again, I really want to stay here. ”

“Amazing!! Amazing!!Amazing!”
