“Hotel is good overall - location -roads are weird for new visitors. The kascades restaurant no good- we waited more than an hour for our breakfast of bread and eggs and coffee. Only one staff working as server and cashier. Ketchup given us is an empty bottle- so we are given again ketchup in packets. Almost all bread they do not have the supply. “This place was absolutely perfect! Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and was much cheaper than the hotel we moved from (bad review on that one) If I go back to Va beach, definitely staying here again!”

“The staff was very nice and helpful throughout our entire stay! We travelled with 2 adults and 4 children and stayed in the family room. Hotel is older but clean and accommodating. The ocean view off the balcony was beautiful and the back door access to the beach was convenient. The indoor pool was great for when it rained. Location was perfect for what we needed and the price was reasonable as well.”

“The room is extremely spacious, the moment you open the door you see the sliding doors to the balcony that overlooks the beach and the boardwalk area. Area the front conveniently shows off Ocean view where all the shops and restaurant and entertainment is. But the room itself had two double beds and it's all separate room area with its own AC. “Only reason im writing this is because they had no microwaves in any of the hotel room (none) they had 1 in the whole hotel it was downstairs and it was nasty looked like it never been cleaned and I heard that some of the rooms don't even have a refrigerator so you cant keep your stuff cold while on vacation”
